Order Statuses

To look up the status of your order, please log in to your account and visit your order history page.

What does my order status mean?

  • Unpaid:   If you chose an offline payment method, your status will remain unpaid until we receive your payment.

  • Pending:  Your order is on hold.  You may have an item on backorder, or we have had to hold your order for another reason.
  • Processing:  Your order has been paid for, but has not yet been sent to our packaging department.
  • In Queue:  Your order has been paid for and is in the process of being packaged for shipment.
  • Backordered:  Your order is being held due to an item being on backorder.
  • Shipped:  Your order has left our warehouse and is in transit to your shipping destination.
  • Partial Shipment:  We have shipped part of your order, but some items remain unfulfilled.  This may be due to supply shortage or at customer request.
  • Pending Adjustment:  Your order is being reviewed by our accounting department for a refund or credit.
  • Delivered:  Your order has been received at its end destination.
  • Cancelled:  Your order has been cancelled and will not be processed.
